The Government of the Republic of Zambia, represented by the National Authorising Office (NAO) of the European Development Fund (EDF) is seeking proposals for increasing access to electricity services within rural areas and to promote the rational use of energy for productive and social purposes in Zambia with financial assistance from the 11th European Development Fund (EDF).
